Multifamily - Resident Programs
All Things Are Possible After School & Family Resource Centers (“the Organization”) is a non-profit organization located in San Bernardino, California. The Organization was founded by Sherry Johnson in December 2006 to develop and operate after school programs within affordable housing developments. Some of the services currently being provided include day care, tutoring, mentoring, and computer skills. The Organization also provides families with resources such as job networking and financial counseling. Sherry uses her numerous contacts within the nonprofit and local housing authority communities to obtain the necessary resources to fund the Organization. The Organization is currently the resident services program provider for several affordable housing developments in which AOF/Pacific, an affiliate of AOF/Golden State, is the managing general partner, including Aventerra Apartments and Hermosa Vista Apartments. All Things Are Possible also provides the resident services program at Laurel Woods Apartments, of which AOF/Golden State is the managing general partner.
Prior to starting All Things Are Possible, Sherry worked for the Housing Authority of San Bernardino in the position of Resident Services Coordinator. She was responsible for establishing and maintaining a base of community resources for residents that enabled each family to become a productive and responsible member of their community.
