1-4 Unit Housing - What We Do
AOF/Golden State has partnered with the City of Ontario (“the City”) and the Ontario Redevelopment Agency to provide affordable single-family residences within the city limits under the City’s HOME Investment Partnership Program. AOF/Golden State purchases and rehabilitates / reconstructs single family residences, or purchases vacant land and constructs single-family residences. Financing is provided by the City. These residences are sold to persons or families whose annual income does not exceed eighty percent of San Bernardino County’s median income, adjusted for family size. At this time, AOF/Golden State has completed and sold three houses under this partnership and is in the construction stage of its fourth house. (Photos)
