AOF/Golden State Community Development Corp. (“AOF/Golden State”) was incorporated in 1999 as a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California. AOF/Golden State is organized as a Community Housing Development Organization (“CHDO”) and has been adopted by the cities of Fontana, Ontario, and Alhambra. We have been approved by HUD to operate in various counties throughout Southern California, including the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura. Our primary mission is to provide quality affordable housing to the public, particularly to those of very low income and first-time home buyers, and to assist in the alleviation of affordable housing shortages within the communities we serve.

AOF/Pacific Affordable Housing Corp. (“AOF/Pacific”), a sister company to AOF/Golden State, is a California nonprofit corporation which has performed over one hundred twenty (120) acquisitions, rehabilitations, and sales of one to four unit dwellings using FHA insured 203(k) acquisition and rehabilitation loans or look alike conventional loans.
